- Mr. DeFatta has over 20 years of experience in the Homebuilding Industry. He has extensive experience in all facets of homebuilding including Architectural Design, Site-Design, Estimating, Construction, Critical Path Scheduling, Quality Control, & Customer Service. He also has extensive knowledge in the areas of Energy Efficiency and Better Building Practices. Mr. DeFatta has been responsible for the direct supervision of over 4,000 new homes built in his career.
