David DeFatta

David DeFatta has grown up in the construction industry. From the time he was old enough to hold a hammer and screw driver he has been helping his father build things. It was during this time that David learned what dedication, hard work, and responsibility meant. When David was old enough he started working in the industry, he started working with HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing Contractors. He studied Land Development and Residential Construction at Middle Tennessee State University where he was a member of the Blue Raider Football Team. David brings youth, energy, and new ideas to DAC Custom Homebuilders.

  • Currently working on a Masters Degree in Construction Safety Technology at MTSU.
  • Graduated with a Degree in Construction Management from MTSU: 2009.
  • Graduated with a Williamson County Honors Diploma from Franklin High School: 2005.
