Whats Going on with DAC?

Weekly Update

Every Friday our Blog will give the community an update on whats going on with DAC this week.

We have been very busy lateley with both our Custom Homes and Renovation Projects.

Custom Homes

Bent Creek: Bent Creek has been a good home for us for the last 3 years and we continue to thrive in the community.  We recently closed Lot 4230 and now just have Lot 5201 under construction and Lot 5226 Available for a Custom Home.  Lot 5201 is a Spec Home we have been building, we just installed trim, cabinets, and granite and it looks GREAT!  This weekend our Sales Representative, Debbie Beard, will be in Bent Creek at Lot 4230 (5000 Aunt Nannies Place Nolensville TN).  Debbie will be able to take guests through the two homes currently under construction and answer any questions you might have.

Ladd Park: Ladd Park #339 is currently in the Foundation Stage.  We are waiting on a Foundation Inspection and will begin framing next week.

Willow Springs: Willowsprings #137 is currently in the Foundation Stage.  We will have a Foundation Inspection next week and begin framing the week after.

Glenellen: We are currently in the process of obtaining the building permit, Glenellen #22 should start within 2 weeks.

Standing Stone: Standing Stone is a 12 Acre Lot owned by one of our customers in Columbia Tennessee.  The home is currently in Mechanicals and is coming along nicely.

Home Renovations

Master Bath Project: We are installing the Shower Door today and will be complete with this project.  We will post pictures soon.

Grassland Sun Room: We are scheduled to start this project in the next few weeks.  This is our third project for this family and we are excited to work with them again.

Until Next Week

Keep Building,
